We aim to dispatch all online orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note during sale periods, promotions or new collection launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Information 

∙ Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150
∙ Standard shipping Australia-wide: $9.95
∙ Express shipping Australia-wide: $15.95

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the shipping provider and your location.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as Aqua Living cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information.

Authority To Leave

By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home unless otherwise requested.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, however if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist.

We accept returns on full-priced items for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

∙ Unworn and unused
∙ In original condition
∙ With all tags attached
∙ Returned in original packaging where applicable

Please note:

∙ Sale items are final sale unless deemed faulty
∙ Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
∙ Shipping costs are non-refundable
∙ Orders cannot be changed once placed
∙ Sale pricing cannot be applied retrospectively

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aqua Living cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Please allow 3–5 business days for returns to be processed once received.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and proof of purchase so we can assist with a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
